Maintenance of the Feed System

Check regularly whether the horn cover is damaged. If it is broken, replace it in time in order to prevent the feed system performance may have degraded. A method is recommended to remove water in the feed. First, loose the screws connecting the LNA with the filter, the adapter on the transmit port. Check if water gas existed in the LNA and the adapter or not. If water is found, clean it with a clear cloth carefully. Then removing the marked transmit  OMT or the flange A referring, blow away water or moisture inside the horn and the OMT using a blower. Finally, referring to the line marked on the flange, connect the disassembling parts one by one and fasten the screws tightly, replace the damaged radome for a new one.
